Coussergues - Coussergues (Loop)

Straddling the Dourdou and two towns, Gabriac and Bertholène, in the heart of a picturesque landscape, we will have the pleasure of lunching by the water and discovering a gem steeped in history, the Pont des moines. This is the oldest bridge in the town of Bertholène, built in 1500 on the Dourdou by the monks of Aubrac. This made it easier to transport crops by mule to the Aubrac region.
It's here that Cyril Fouet, a sheep and pig farmer, will prepare a menu with rich and varied flavors based on the products of his farm, all with family know-how.
