We have been participating in La Route Randonnée Découverte for 2 years now, my partner on mountain bikes and I on horseback. This superb organization allows you to take advantage of varied paths, flawless stewardship with caring volunteers. On the mountain bike side, the routes are accessible both to regular riders who wish to go at the pace of the horses while enjoying the landscapes, and to adventurers who can read maps or have a GPS, who want to create their own routes and meet the group for lunch.

On the rider side, it is the perfect compromise between hiking accompanied by an ATE and hiking independently. The paths are accessible to all levels provided you have a seasoned horse, so that he knows how to manage the difficulties, if the rider is a beginner. All in a festive and friendly atmosphere, enhanced by local products and shows. A great human and sporting experience!

I am a rider with a diploma from the ATE, I have been hiking for many years and I organize every year, on a private basis, several hikes, for the moment mainly in my Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.

I've been participating in the LRRD for two years and I love it! It's a total change of scenery for me and the LRRD allows me to live a week in total immersion with my horse and to share good times with people living the same passion as me.
