What is bodywork?
Bodywork brings together various gentle manual techniques aimed at releasing the tensions and restrictions of horse/pony movement .
By softening the muscles and fascia, I initiate a deep release of tensions.
This work is aimed at both sport and leisure horses/ponies: it will allow them to to better mobilize your body and thus improve your well-being and performance.
When should you use my services?
In anticipation of or in addition to an osteopathy session to soften the muscles before or after manipulations;
In preparation for or recovering from a competition for the sport horse;
In case of muscle trauma to relieve and optimize recovery;
Or simply to provide extra comfort for your maned companion!
